Curtis was so very helpful not only with the basic maintenance that I brought my vehicle in for, but he went above and beyond what I would say was excellent service to work on solving issues with my truck since I first brought it. Trunk switch was flipped to ‘off’ in my glove compartment area and I couldn’t get into my trunk - called McGrath service center in St Charles and they were no help. Said I needed to bring my car back in as it could be a fuse or battery issue. A simple google search led me to the ‘on’ switch in my glove compartment. Must have been switched off when my air filter was being taken out…. Please be more mindful when servicing cars as well as more aware of simple issues like this that may arise.

Erin did great. My only issue this time was with the cashier. I didn’t see his name but he’s glib and he’s a liar! He told me that my car was washed before bringing it out. The same leaves were still on it that we’re there when I came in.

I brought my car in because it was leaking oil. Over $1100 in repairs and it’s still leaking oil.

I dropped my keys off the night before. My appointment was at 8 AM. By 3:30 PM that day I had not heard anything and called. They didn’t even know my car was there. After several times on hold, they found the keys in the front box and then the car was done 10 minutes later. I did appreciate the car wash that I had requested being done.

Zach was very helpful & did a great job explaining what was being done & what was done on my vehicle. He was able to meet my needs & get me a copy of all work that was previously done. I also had an issue with my trunk. He did a great job following through & even checked out the trunk himself. I appreciated the time spent.

A recall replacement part should be the same quality that was on the vehicle. Honda knows the replacement part is faulty, yet it keeps being installed. Lack of listening to the customer regarding the speakers and the issue remains. Said replacement cable for speakers, which isn't possible in time frame it was in the second time. Said replacement battery in key fab, obviously didn't when car wouldn't start-sent image to show. I don't need a video showing my engine when that isn't what it is being brought in for. The clips are now broken from when my dash was opened so once again it has to be brought in. Service is definitely not to the standards it once was.
