I felt that the women I talked to for setting up the appt & my needing to reschedule were a bit rude. They did not explain why they wanted certain information from me, didn't know an approximate time frame for the service , and almost hung up on me before completing the reschedule day/time. Atif who worked with me on the day of service was very polite, helpful, & pointed out features on my car that I was not aware of.

He was easy to talk with, was very polite, gave clear descriptions, and went beyond the norm in answering all my questions and concerns. One doesn't find many such younger people nowadays. I brought my car in for the undercoating and waited. I was concerned about having it done on time because I had a Doctor appointment to go to that afternoon. Zachary was very professional and friendly! He assured me it would be done in time and he was right! It took less time than I had expected. Zachary also answered some other questions I had about my new car and even showed me how to set up GPS. He was very helpful, kind and courteous. I recommend working with him.
