I'm happy with this repair. The cost of repairs this year have been disconcerting but it's a 2006 Pilot after all. McGrath Honda has been doing a good job of maintaining my vehicle. I'M hoping the cost of tepairs will slow down. Thanks!

My vehicle was suppose to be washed and cleaned after the undercoating. Maybe the person on the phone didn’t comprehend but I feel like the wash was a **** job or maybe it wasn’t washed. I can submit some photos after work.

David went above and beyond on helping me service my vehicle. I had had problems the last time I was there, and even the service manager was unable/unwilling to help me. But David listened to me patiently and calmly, and helped me get the issue resolved. He saved your service department. If I had had anyone else I probably would not go back here for service.

One of the items on my report says CAUTION and is highlighted in yellow. No one was able to explain that designation to me. They said it's probably a misprint or computer error. So should I worry about a CAUTION? Not happy. Only time I've ever been disappointed.
