I had a 1pm appt and only needed a new tire put on. It took 1hr, 45 min! Other places I have gone to for this service took 30-45 min. Before the service, on Thurs I heard the replacement tire would arrive on Fri. Fri I was told it wasn't there. Sunday morning I was told it was there. Monday I got a call saying the tire just arrived, after I had a new tire installed the day before! Thank goodness the car is working well at this time.
