Wasn’t very personable or helpful when I had questions. Seemed to just want to get me out of the door. My steering wheel still isn’t in and I cannot keep taking trips up there. I live an hour away. No one assisted me in getting the part in or getting me helped at a different location. I now have to wait for a back ordered part that I was told was in, and who know when that will be.

Noah is the G.O.A.T!!! He was friendly, answered my questions, set me up in the customer lounge, and even dried off the water marks left on the vehicle after washing. He also explained the inspection report on my vehicle. He’s the best.

When my wife just picked up her vehicle today she said it wasn’t washed and there were orange greasy fingerprints on the inside of her door. We just bought the car on Saturday

I had front damage repaired in October which was fine. I had new tires installed 2 weeks ago that was also fine. However the repair technician yesterday left me a bit unsettled. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying in his initial inspection report.

Carlton was very informative, especially regarding info about my Hybrid Accord and info regarding my extended warranty (original warranty expires at the end of this month). He is a pleasure to work with and answered any and all questions I had. I look forward to working with him again on my future visits to McGrath Honda of St. Charles!!????????????????

Waited over 3 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was at 9am, and I did not leave until after 12pm. I arrived on time for my appointment. Whats the point of having an appointment scheduled time if my car wouldn't be ready till 3 hours later?

Carlton was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped determine what services I needed based on the mileage and wear and tear on my Honda. The service manager, CJ Nemec was also phenomenal in terms of his knowledge, customer service, and overall demeanor.
