Sat for 1 1/2 hours only to have part (wireless charger) installed to have it still not working. Then having to prove to your product specialist that it is not working while he kept trying to say that it is working. He finally agreed that it is not working and then the excuses started.

I needed to make a return trip to Mcgrath because of a mixup the prior week when a part was not delivered on time. Quinton was apologetic about the situation. He made sure I was kept informed of the repair progress on this last visit.
