Both times I’ve gone to McGrath I’ve been attended by Quinton. He is very nice and I was happy he was the one helping me for a second time. Hope to see him again next time as he makes me feel very welcomed.

I had my battery changed as recommended. I can no longer open my trunk with the key fob or the switch inside the car. Before the battery replacement both opened the trunk.. it's needs to be fixed and this needs to be for free. Thank you..

Almost all of the customer service personal were kind and helpful, but the man who checked us out was dismissive and rude. My bill was nearly $100 more than what I was quoted and he snatched the bill away from me as I was trying to read through it and listed the charges dismissively. When I mentioned that a representative earlier mentioned the price I was quoted had already included the taxes so why are there MORE taxes added on, he didn't answer and just proceeded to pull up the charge on the credit card terminal. Normally, I'm very understanding of pricing issues, but when I'm not given even an attempt at discussion or understanding, I'm pretty peeved about that and feel like I was taken advantage of. Thankfully, I'm not from the area so I won't have to do business with this service station again.

It would have been even more excellent if it could have taken less than two hours. But the amount of work done, oil, change, balancing and rotation of tires, turning off engine check, is within a two hour range.

Will never use any services from McGrath! If they wanted to refund me the money they could refund me the money I don’t need to go back in the service department. Just another power move! I have been very unsatisfied and the last 2 cars I brought in yesterday and the day before have proven that!
