My car is still making these sounds when backing out of my inclined driveway. I texted Noah a video again. Same sounds as I sent Joe before. Same sounds still when backing out in a flat parking lot too. Basically nothing changed or was fixed. Did the Tech even attempt backing out and turning after they fixed it? The issue never was while driving. I explained in detail multiple times the circrumstances of when the sounds happen. Now I have to take off work again and drive 20 miles to McGrath to have them look at it again??

Great customer service! It was so easy to drop off my car for service, get an estimate, approve work and pick up my van. I appreciate the communication from Carlton and the loaner I was able to use to get around.

We bought a car from your showroom a month ago, and a week later, when it started to rain and get colder, we noticed that the wipers were not working correctly and the passenger seat was not warming up.. We were also informed that we had to come to your service center to do the winter covering. , and we decided that your service would be able to do the winter coating and at the same time fix what was not working correctly.. we signed up for a point of contact, indicating in the application everything that needed to be done.. I brought the car to your service and once again reminded you to take a look and fixed what wasn't working! A few hours later, your employee called me back and said that the car was ready and I could pick it up.. but when I arrived it turned out that the service only did the winter coating and nothing else!!!! It turns out I came in vain... no one even apologized for this situation and Brian Diete behaved as rudely and rudely as possible... a few days later your employee called me again and said that the car was ready! I came a second time, but your service again did not fix anything!!!! I have never encountered such an attitude before.. I had to leave the car again.. as a result, the car was in your service for more than a week.. today they called me and said that I could pick up the car, but to be honest, I’m even scared to go for the third time..:(
