I’ve been going to McGrath ever since I purchased my first Honda. For most of those years I have worked with TJ Taylor who has always done a great job for me. This was my first experience with Toby, who did a good job too.

Not today’s service rep’s fault. A few weeks ago, during an oil change at same dealer, apparently a faulty oil filter was placed, leaving oil all over my finished garage floor, which at 74, I have to clean. Also, the showroom is filled with desks and no cars.

The rep was very nice but why would the service technician issued the wrong measurements on something as simple as tires? Makes me curious about any quotes you give now.

When I called in I was expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the month, but Kevin was very persuasive and insistent on my taking care of my car because it was reading at 20% oil. Being thorough on the importance of maintaining that engine really convinced me to come in. Upon arriving we found out I needed a couple other maintenance things done and he was very informative on why it should get done that same day which he did an amazing job on explaining. Understanding that although I was expecting to pay for just an oil change and got hit with other things, Kevin was there to reassure me there were other options I can do to get that maintenance done that same day without hurting my pockets too much by using Sunbit. Overall all I can say is, the last time I was at McGrath Honda for maintenance I wasn’t hit with this much care, but this time I feel I will be coming back for all my car needs

The technician, Mr. Fulmer, was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He documented the problem, noted the symptoms and clearly had the issue defined. The cost of electric diagnoses was explained with the possibility of additional costs for repair. I understood the issues very well. I was kept informed of progress and was throughly satisfied with the process. Mr. Fulmer is an excellent representative of McGrath Honda.
