The issue with my windshield wiper fluid was not completely resolved. It was frozen and the last time my wiper fluid was filled when I took my car in for an oil change here. I believe the solution must have been watered down which caused it to freeze. The techs slightly thawed my wiper fluid but when I left it still wasn’t coming out of one of my wipers. I’m disappointed I had to leave without an actual solution in this weather, making the visibility low due to the windshield being unable to be cleared. I would have appreciated help completely thawing the solution, emptying it and filling it with the weather safe solution I had in my car. Tonight it is completely frozen again because the watered down solution wasn’t emptied and now I have no way to thaw it myself until the weather gets warmer.

Thank you for providing service 7 days per week. If it were not so, I would have to make other arrangements costing more than savings. I appreciate the service and professional technicians were there to provide the needed service.Curtis took me in and assured the car will be taken care of and if anything was needed, Curtis was just a text or phone call away, thank you.
