Yesterday I was there for oil change and regular maintenance. Today I have warning low tire pressure callibrate tpms settings. I called the shop but nobody answer to advise me.

TJ fit me into your schedule after I was rear ended yesterday and needed a quick evaluation. David took care of me and did an efficient and excellent job. If everyone of your customers is treated as well as I always am by the service department you should be very happy.

Our overall service experience with Toby was excellent. However, the reason for our visit was to have a second key programmed for the car we had just purchased from you. I ended up paying for this key out of pocket and it was not disclosed to us until we were about to leave that their was only one key and then I was verbally quoted a cost and told that it would emailed to me. Never received an email and when I called and left a message - did not get a return phone call. Overall disappointing experience that did not give me the impression that our business was appreciated.
