I don't appreciate the half-**** work on the repairs you promised. I thought the nightmare was over when I didn't have to deal with the sales team anymore but it continues on. The work is horrible. Your manager basically sold me on the job saying yeah this place is great I have my motorcycle fixed there etc etc and after taking him out there to show it to him and I'm being told how you're doing me a favor. Wow. I just said forget it and left. I hope my complaint has been documented because when the rust starts coming through the paint because I can tell it wasn't removed then I'm going to expect you guys to repaint the entire hatch. As for the horrible unmatching touch up you did on the silver. I have no idea what to do with that either. Was not at all happy with your 12-hour return time as with this bad weather and me living almost an hour away I asked if I could get a little bit more than 12 hours just in time you call me and I would have to be there at a time that won't work and I'm told. Nope. Well that little accommodation would have gone a long way. I didn't even need it because I was there within an hour of being called because it happened to work out perfectly but you still once again ticked off customer.
