Kevin did a great job, even thought we were not able to resolve the issue. This is an issue caused by the Illinois Emissions Department. The OBD sensor is not talking g between the car and the Emissions computer.

I asked for a quote for something, but it was forgotten about. I also didn’t like that my car wasn’t vacuumed. I understand it was tool cold for a wash, but a vacuum would’ve been nice.

OMG— can’t speak enough of him. He was extremely gracious , helpful and attended to all my needs in a timely manne. Thanks for having such efficient people in sales and service dept. Have been with McGrath St Charles for over 20 years. I buy my cars here, service it here and even added my son in buying and leasing his car here as well. In November I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord and I’m very very happy with the purchase. Thanks once again.

After alignment, car pulls to the left now. Asked service not to wash my car, but the did it anyway. Service turned off the park assist sensors, which caused me to almost hit back into cars and hit things in my garage. Overall, very unsatisfactory job
