I made an appointment a week in advance of my routine maintenance, which included an oil change and tire rotation, and the service took over 2.5 hours to complete. When I arrived, I was told it would take 90 minutes, when my time reach that point, the agent came out and told me it would only be about 7-10 minutes longer. He proceeded to tell me this three more times. After about 2 hours, I found CJ the service manager, who was able to discover that the appointment setting technology changed the car setting to a different car, which required them to go out and get the correct filter from a different location. Had this been communicated to me earlier, I could have arranged a ride or a pickup while the car was serviced. Being told 7-10 minutes periodically for over an hour is very frustrating. I would suggest giving customers some sort of idea how long service might take, before they arrive, would really help set better expectations. Open communication and transparency would also go a long way.

I had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at that time. I was not helped and checked in till almost 20 minutes later. This was after multiple people walked past me and my car. I was told my car service would take about an hour. However, It was after 3pm by the time I left. The girl checking me in was very polite and apologized. However, it was evident she was also overwhelmed and under staffed. In the future had I been aware of the lack of service, i would have cancelled my appointment and come at a less busy time.

I came for a B 1 3 service on my 2017 Ridgeline with 128,000 miles. The best vehicle I have ever owned so I want to take good care of it. I expected $250 or $500 worth of service but during the visit I got a text listing other things that were needed or soon would be. I did not like the idea that my visit was turning into $1,400 in service but reviewing the items with Erin eased my discomfort and she explained each item and why each was important to the health and long life of my Ridgeline. Erin is EXCELLENT

Kevin was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable when I dropped off my car for the undercoating. He helped me with any questions I had with a smile on his face the whole time I was there.
