Thank you also I always feel comfortable coming to McGrath Honda in ST. Charles for many years. The service is always good and excellent no matter who handles my CRV. Everyone was really Courteous and helpful.

Curtis was very well educated to all the mechanics of a Honda CRV and automobiles in general. He was very patient with all my questions and explained everything very well. Very Professional but also personable. I’m glad he was my serviceman. He made me feel very comfortable.

David did a fantastic job taking care of my service needs. He went above and beyond making sure all my services were taken care of. You are lucky to have such a fine young man working hard for your business. He also cared about getting things done in a timely manner so that I was not having to wait around for my loaner truck. I also appreciate that he was able to have the dings in my truck removed. Thank you David and thank you McGrath.

Bryan was very personable and helpful but this is the third attempt to fix the problem with the window trim and it is still not fixed very frustrating also the mechanic I think his name was Oscar sent me a detailed video of the problem that I appreciated

As usual, the service provided at McGrath was exceptional. The service provided by Erin, TJ, and Jake (I think that was his name) exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high to begin with. I will be back, soon.????????????

Fist visit for me at the new location. New procedure. Receiving a video of the results of the his diagnostic from Bryan was nice but I am hard of hearing, which made it difficult to understand his dialogue due to the radio playing in the garage. Not his fault I’m sure. It’s probably on for all to hear and makes their days more enjoyable. Maybe turn it down or off while filming.
