I understand that service department has its own business but it has the responsibility of completing the proper diagnosis when we submit our car to your department. My car had the evap error code P0456 and I got the car 'fixed' back in December 2023, charge was 450$. 2 weeks go by I get the same error code and when I bring the car back, the quote is for 633$. Why was the diagnosis not done properly at the first visit? Was the part that cost me 400$ not broke? I was going to buy a car from Mcgrath but I don't think I will from this dealership. By the way, service manager Chris needs to learn how to talk to customers. Very disappointing.

Atif was delightful to work with! A real asset to your service team. He covered everything so well,I didn't have any questions. When we went out to get my car herealized the battery in my key faub needed new baterries in both of keys. He got them replaced escorted me to my car. I felt great customer care through the whole time I was there.
