Kevin was amazing. It was my first time getting service at McGrath and Kevin explained everything to me. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He even informed me that I can get a heated stearing wheel in my car...something I wasn't aware of! I look forward to working with Kevin again.

David was excellent with me. He was thorough about the repairs that were going to be done that they were under warranty. He took the time to sit down with me and watch the video that tech technician sent. The vehicle is brand new so I didn’t expect anything to be wrong, but I had a concern, and he took care of it. I would make one suggestion I didn’t have an appointment so I drove into the service center. I was professionally greeted however, it took a little time to have someone come out and see me. Perhaps the greeter could say it’s about a 15 or 20 minute wait, might be helpful For people.

We bought both of our Honda’s at Motor Werks in Barrington and have always had them serviced there. However, after the recent sale of that dealership, the service experience severely changed for the worse. As a result, I decided to try you guys for service and are very happy that we did. David did a FANTASTIC job! He was very efficient at getting me in and out of there, while still doing a great job of explaining all of the services that we would and would not be getting for the B16 package. As a retiree, I also appreciated that he checked to see if you guys would accept the Motor Werks service coupon to knock some money off of our bill - which you did! Overall, this was a great experience! Thanks and we’ll be back!
