Yes, but I had an appointment for 3:45 and it still took an over an hour for my oil to be changed. I didn’t leave the dealer until almost 5 o’clock

TJ is extremely knowledgeable and appropriately assessed the damage without providing false hope. I was given a courtesy car for the day and the repairs were completed while I was at work. I used to be a regular customer at another Honda dealership but you guys have earned my business.

Super fast turn around. Very happy. CJ was very friendly. Slightly disappointed that the car wasn’t washed. Thought that was a mcgrath “thing”.
