When I got an update on my vehicle, I thought I was told that the service was to be $700. But when I picked up the vehicle, the $700 was in addition to the known $300. Maybe I miss heard, but there was some issue. You send txt msgs all the time, why not send the updated estimate too?

The repairs seem fine. There was a lack of communication that was not directly CJ's fault. I was disappointed in the fact that it took 20 hours from my first attempted contact to receive a basic status update on my vehicle.

Demonstration of how to use the remote start would have been nice. My tire pressure gauge still read that there was a low tire. But the service in which I came for was great (getting remote start installed) and they washed my car without being prompted.
