I waited an hour for an oil change that should have taken less than 30 mins then when I asked about my car they told me it was just sitting outside. So how long was it just waiting outside? Will not be coming back to this location.

The service was just OK, but I am not going to ding the rep. I think communication could be improved. I waited 2 hours before they told me the detail person is not scheduled on Mondays. They detailed the car again, but there are still white speckles on the center console. I don't think anybody reviews work. Nobody came to me with status of car, I always had to seek someone out, including when I first drove in service, nobody acknowledge me in any way. Also, my vehicle was purchased as a certified vehicle, but I had to bring the CRV back since brakes did not sound good. The rotors had to be resurfaced which should have been caught during certification in my opinion, maybe no test drive was completed. In any case, the CRV was ready on the third day, so it ended OK.

It’s a dirty deal to let me drive around in a new crv now I’m not sure if I’m getting a pilot. Or a a Toyota Sienna No awd on the odyssey which is what I want. My service guy was nice and helpful. Thx dorna

Mike Castro is the best!!! Always greets you with a smile and handshake. Explains everything and makes it right. The airbag recall took only a little more than an hour to do. Always have my work done there. Keep up the good work! And as always thank you Mike Castro!!
