The first person I dealt with pretty much ignored me and walked away with no reason. Another guy came over and helped me as I stood reading my Kindle since I had to stand there and wait. The second person, sorry, don't know his name, was nice and knew I was annoyed. The whole process was like an assembly line and had I been in for serious work I would wonder if a good job was done. A little respect, kindness and courtesy would go a long way.

Had to wait 2 hours to have my oil changed when I had an appointment at 11 and didn’t get out of there until close to 1 . What’s the point of having an appointment.? I’ve had my oil changed at other places and was able to have it done within a half hour . Again, way too long for a basic oil change and the car is only 1 year old.

My vehicle was checked in quickly. TJ pointed out an area on the car that may have been damaged after the car hit a pothole. He is always pleasant and friendly.

I am amazed every time I come into McGrath Honda! Everyone is so nice, patient and they explain everything to me. I love to sit in those very comfy chairs and drink my complimentary bottled water! Today I had a technician by the name of Daniel that took his time to explain everything to me and Was so nice and helpful. He even went the extra mile to run back to my car to start my counter at 0 which will make it much easier for me!! Thanks again for another wonderful experience!!
