I spoke to someone and am very unhappy about my tires. I missed 4 opporunities for tire rotation and was never asked. Now after a year, your quoting me $800 for tires AGAIN?? I think you owe me new tires. You were supposed to bring that up on inspection. Only big Dollar items were ever brought to my attention. I look forward to your response. Have been waiting for 1 week to hear back. I will be writing Corporate if I don't hear something soon.

When I spoke with John he listed over $2,900 worth of work and per his words for my safety should be done. But when he spoke to my husband it went down to $1,400. Also since I had just been in for a service why did the other team not find all these issues that was imperative for me to repair. Someone dropped the ball or John added services to jack up my bill
