Scott and TJ were amazing! I get treated like gold whenever I need anything done with my car. I feel like family when I am there. Nobody ever likes having to take their car in but with them their, I really don't mind. They are keepers, don't let them go ever.

Unfortunately my husband is VERY pissed He had a Noon appointment. He arrived at 11:45 and was told it would be an hour. At 1 pm he saw our CRV JUST being lifted for its oil change. Why have an appointment if we were still behind everyone else!!!! VERY disappointed!!!! If you were running late he should have been told at the time he was at the counter.

Cj did so well for us on our visit. Took care of all our routine maintenance explained what was going to be done and what was required. He was very friendly and professional. Service area was very clean and he was very well groomed. Something other dealerships just don’t care about. But that’s not the case at McGrath Honda of St. Charles!!!!
