My experience with TJ was fantastic. I was treated with much respect and found that TJ was extremely friendly and helpful. Also my Mechanic Chris Davidson is absolutely fabulous. I am so happy that I have a wonderful place to bring my Honda Accord.

I personally thanks to Michael, after I bought new Honda, this was my second free service. But I missed out the time. It’s over time. But he was nice person, he did it. He didn’t say like others like one year is over etc... just he reminded my wife, but he finished his job, thanks again to Michael.

service was good, I question the prices i was quoted for the B service for a brake inspectoon / service, and then quoted another 12 dollars for the number 1 service. tire rotation Being charged twice for over lapping jobs. was not happy with that, felt like i eas being taken advantage of, and declind all upsells.

Made an appointment for 8:45am. My car wasn't even looked at until 11am. Why make an appointment? Not to mention I gave one number to reach me and texts went to a different number and when I texted back no response. Why have these fancy tech pieces if you aren't going use them or even listen when I give the number to call me with? McGrath has gone downhill since my first Honda purchase in the late 90's.
