Service was fine but the car wash leaves a lot of hard water spots on the vehicle and the windows are spotty, I think it was cleaner before the wash

Issue not resolved. Very unhappy with response from tech line on radio. 1) usb functionality is a documented feature of the radio, don’t tell a customer that the problem stems from that. 2) Radio Frequency Interference is all around us. It’s an engineering issue if that is the cause of the radio resetting itself. Also not based on any factual data. You are grasping at straws. Keep trying.

McGrath exceeded my expectations at every turn and has for 10 years. I had a new advisor this time, John P., but TJ came to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. While I was waiting my salesman Carlos also stopped and reviewed McGrath’s first year advantage program. (I stayed loyal to McGrath Honda but got a Pilot this time.) They all worked together with the advantage staff to cover my replacement tire.
