Even though I was not charged for a loaner vehicle, the receipt shows I received one when in actulality I waited for the work to be completed. Also MPI form was not filled out or discussed with me. Granted, it seemed like you were very busy today. So the car wash was appreciated.

No one else has serviced my car since I purchased it. I trust they are doing the riight thing. If I can’t trust my dealer who should I trust.

Service people were nice. But not accommodating enough. I'm not happy that I missed my free service by 7 days and wasn't honored. I understand but I feel that that timeline had passed so soon that should've still been honored. I would've gotten cheaper and same service elsewhere if I had known the amount charged at McGrath. I will schedule at another shop in the future since I was not accommodated today

I’m not sure who Mike Castro is, I worked with Zach. He was awesome, very professional, friendly & very accommodating. It turned out I needed a new battery & he had that replaced & me back on the road in a bit over an hour. He also informed me that it was still under warranty which was huge for me. McGrath is the only place I take my Pilot for service. Thank you!

The oil life was still at 40% on my care even though an oil change was part of the service, and now I have to go back to have them reset it.
