Leroy, was very thoughtful and explained everything about my son B13 service. Excellent communication and I never felt rushed asking questions. I was doing this for my sons car and I'm glad I brought it in to Honda! Thank you, Jody

I had an appt for an oil change on my 2016 Pilot and I ended up spending 1:42 at the dealership waiting for the service to be done. I really can’t afford spending that kind of time just waiting. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my cars back to McGrath for service.

Waited for 2 hours to get car looked at, then waited 30 minutes for diagnosis and paper work, then waited another 30 minutes to repair car. I got charged $300 for labor that only took 30 minutes, that mechanic must make $600 an hour.

George is absolutely awesome!! From start to finish everything was perfect! He made sure everything was taken care of my car and made sure I knew what services it needs coming up. George, honestly will be the reason I come back. The customer service he provided is beyond measure and completely top notch!

Dan was the best! Very knowledgeable, very thorough and very kind. I usually go up to Elgin for service, but Dan has changed my mind about that. I'll be using the St Charles. Service Center from now on.
