John told me the bushing service would be 100% paid for on Friday. Then on Monday he did a 180 and said it wouldn't due to mileage. He already knew my mileage when said it would be paid for. Disappointing to say the least. Your dealership doesn't stand by its word apparently. I've been a loyal Honda customer for 13 years.

There is no reason that an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush should take THREE hours. I felt that my time wasn’t a priority to the dealership. I was quoted that it would take 1.5 hours at most and was not given a reason that it took twice as long. We have only ever gone to Honda since the day we purchased our Cr-V and until today we were very satisfied with the service. Consultants should be taught that communicating with the client is the most important part of service. I’m not sure what has transpired since our last visit but it seems the standards have dropped significantly. I’m not sure we will return for the brake job that is due very soon.

Cj has great customer service skills provided me with details about my vechile repairs .also provided a loaner to use while my vehicle was being repair . Kept in contact on the repair which I will appreciate need more people like him in customer service

The job I was told was only supposed to be one day, but it took two and a half weeks. Two times I had to come into the store because I was told it was ready to get picked up but the job wasn't done. We spent two weeks arguing what "fixed" means. When it comes to dents in the hood, your definition of fixing it was brushing off the car and polishing it up. That's just terrible and a waste of time. The first time I had to argue over it to get fixed, we agreed to have it repainted. Okay great a week later I'm told it was ready come in again and nope, they were still their. After I was told it would be fixed, a week later we had to repeat this experience. It took two and a half weeks to do the job that was suppose to take one day. I'm locked into this relationship with you, I'll forgive you but this is an uphill battle for McGrath.

Worked with Leroy for the first time and was very pleased with his attention to the repairs needed for our Honda Pilot. We appreciate that mechanic Chris was selected to handle the replacement of our radiator and climate control light bulbs along with regular “A1” service. All detailed work which was done in a timely and very fine fashion. Much appreciation to these fine gentlemen and TJ and the entire McGrath service team for their usual terrific work. Thank you!
