Leroy was fine. Polite. Patient. Answered my questions. At pickup same with Dan. However, as you email suggests, I trusted your service department to perform the work. One item of which was to rotate the tires. Which wasn't done but explicitly itemized on the bill. And then came back with over $2500 is suggested work. I original stopped coming to St. Charles because I always felt like you were suggesting lots of work that needed to be done. Always around $2000. If you don't do the work I'm there for why would I think you would really fix anything else. I was in discussions with the sales dept about trading in two hondas for a new one. I am seriously reconsidering.

Typically I deal with a different advisor whom checks for coupons on my behalf but this advisor didn’t. The wait was much longer than normal and the advisor said it would only take about 1 hr 15 min. It ended up taking longer and even though the car was pulled out for about 5 min the advisor was in no hurry to check me out. I was in a hurry and I definitely felt the advisor didn’t take that into account. So overall I feel like I overpaid for an oil change and it took way longer than necessary. I’ve been so loyal to dealership maintenance but today’s visit has me doubting the continuance.

Dan was super in explaining the issue with the tire indicator light. He has been great. Being a long time Honds owner I am upset with the fact that Honda does not have fix for the issue. My new Accord has 5000 miles and I am going to have to live with the tire light going on and then having to reset it. That is poor customer service not by the local dealer but by corporate Honda. As a loyal Honda owner I feel I have been screwed in purchasing this new Honda. Gene Usechek ****-****-xxxx

I have had my CRV since 2013. From the beginning, my engine has had the whirling sound when it starts from a cold start. I’ve sent it in many times and even let it be observed overnight. I was told it never happened for the service guys and they never knew what I was talking about. I was frustrated and annoyed. I spoke to Daniel yesterday and he told me that Honda knew of this issue. I appreciate his honesty. I know there was something wrong with my car and I was never going to buy another Honda because of the run around I got from Honda. I wish there were more honest people like Daniel to admit there was an issue in the first place.
