Michael is an excellent service provider! I am always welcomed with a smile, a handshake, and direct eye contact. He also demonstrates a good deal of patience when explaining things to me. I don’t know what he is paid, but it’s not enough!

Mike did a great job. He listened and took care of issues. The only issue I had was that my paperwork was not ready when I picked up my car. That was Not Michael’s fault because he did not work that day.

Dan was great. The problem is Honda's policy of needing an invoice to honor a battery warrenty when the part has a Honda stamp on it and the month & year of manufacture. This was a pain in the **** for me, the customer, to try and track down where and when the battery was replaced. Dan, you provided excellent customer service by keeping me informed, solving the problem, and keeping your cool even when it was clear that i was upset with Honda policy. I apologize if this survey reflects poorly on you, it shouldn't, but Honda needs the feedback. Thanks again for a great job!

Daniel os one that I seek out when taking my car in for service. I know he will give me honest answers and work with me. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I rely on your service people to give me the best options. Daniel has always made sure I had all the information necessary to make the right decision. CJ explained the services that were needed for my car very clearly and the time it would take to complete them. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text message that my car was done in about an hours time and he followed up with a phone call to let me know. Very positive experience today.
