It took 25 minutes to get inside to a representative. I had a neighbor come to pick me up so seems a bit long. Also, when I came back, they said the car was ready, but after 15 min the receptionist had to go check and the. It was another 10 min. Other than the somewhat long wait times, I think they did a good job.

Appointment is meaningless. We were asked to reschedule our appointment because you were busy. Staff offered no help to my pregnant wife transferring the car seat and stroller into the loaner.
