Loaner car set up right away. Estimate given and discount found. Fixed additional issue with AC as well. One small thing I want to mention. All pre-sets on my radio stations were changed. Any reason for that? Otherwise very positive experience. Thank you!

Don’t know why I set an appointment for service. I specifically called to set a time which your team set for 9:45. I arrived about 9:40 and there were a number of cars in front. after a short wait the car in front said she was driving by and needed an oil change.....the service advisor told her no problem they’d take her next in line. When I got signed in I told the person I had a 9:45 appointment......he said oil changes are first come first served.....I told him that was not what I was told when I made an appointment.....he said sorry that is the way it is.....as I asked why did I make an appointment.....he said management wants you to think you have a time.....I waiting the hour plus but the walk-in was out in 30 minutes I have been a long time customer and bought numerous cars......will be rethinking where to take my business with this poor service on your part

Alex was one of the most professional service advisors I have ever encountered. He listened to what I said, he involved me in the engine compartment inspection ( something nobody has ever done). I would hire Alex if I had a business.
