Took to long I did not have a appointment However I arrived at 9:15 waited in line then was told it would be 45 min to a hour I was there for about 2.5 hours. Did not Have time to even get he complimentary car wash

On the phone I was told the repair would take approximately an hour. When I arrived I was told an hour or a max of 90 minutes. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes. I sat in the waiting area but was never updated about the delay and no apology or explanation was offered. I was very frustrated and disappointed in the service I received. Future correspondence should go to me at ****-****-xxxx. Thank you, Patti Molloy

Mike was very pleasant and explained everything. He did a great job of working a discount since we just there. Called and checked in on time. Couldn’t ask for better communication.

Alex was good and thourough, but the Van seems to be pulling to the right. I had the tires rotated and I don't think this should be happening.

Was impressed by the friendly and courteous people at McGrath. The finance manager was super—oslyn collins. Also Jose Espinoza was very helpful and patient. Was especially impressed that nobody tried to sell all kind of unnecessary things like dent protection etc. If I would want that I’d ask for it. Overall the buying experience was more delightful than expected. Hope my service appointments will be the same Thank you McGrath

CJ surely did his job. My dusatisfactuon was in cost of quoted parts? Honda needs to get off there high horse on the pricing of parts before people move to another Brand. But the people of McGrath did everything they could do to provide explanation of what my car needed.
