John is amazing. He resolved all issues. Another Honda dealer was not going to let me drive off the lot because of a broken oil pan. Turns out it's not broken and the Time sent is permanent. Thank you for being honest!! I am only ever coming to this service center even though I moved 45 min away.

I have owned 3 Hondas. A ‘95- ‘00 & ‘17. I’ve been associated with Countryside Honda, Joliet Honda & St Charles. The St Charles location is by far the best when it comes to customer service, Michael Castro is without a doubt the most amazing Service Advisor I have ever encountered. He is genuinely interested in the owners challenges they are having with their vehicle. He always keeps you informed. I will always recommend St Charles Honda to anyone who asks and even if they don’t. Thank you. ????

Dan was really great. Helped with the whole car service. But the rattling noise in the steering area is still persisting. Would like McGrath to take a look at it and hopefully resolve it. As it would be my third time I would have to bring in my car for the same issue.
