Michael is very nice. He gives me confidence about the work my car is going to have. He had to leave but he told me that Dan would let me know when my car was ready and he did. I had not taken my car back for a while because every time I would call the ladies would not connect me with service department or make it too difficult for me to make an appointment. I was happy to come back.

Alex was great! I was highly satisfied with his customer service and expertise. He actually made me want to return for future services. My last experience was absolutely terrible...but Alex has changed my mind about McGrath's service department. I was highly satisfied.

I was greeted quickly and politely. The service rep went through each item I needed to be completed and answered my questions. He was very helpful in obtaining me transportation after dropping off my car. I was very satisfied with every aspect of this service appointment

CJ was great but my car, which I work hard to Keppler smelling like new, smelled like a mix of body odor and heavy petroleum product when I got in it. Even a 45-minute commute to work with the windows down did not alleviate it. It seems better today but I found it offensive and almost nauseating.

I called to see if there was any way I could be fit in. The service guy said yes I have time ! He was great and had my oil changed super quick. He also took Time to explain how to take care of my car and what is needed.
