This was the second time this week my car was serviced by McGrath. The first time they were unable to determine the issue with my air conditioning. I returned the car today because I encountered the same issue again. They put my car through numerous tests today in order to get the car to show the issue with the air conditioning. They were unable to find the issue. This is unfortunate but not that part that upsets me. The most disappointing part of all of this is when I was leaving the car dealership and had been driving my car for 15 minutes and just a few miles my check engine light came on and the drive light on my dashboard began to flash. I immediately called John Paplaczyk and he told me that what they did today had nothing to do with the issue I was currently experiencing. I ffind that hard to believe especially since my car was put through multiple tests for several hours. I wish that John would have offered for me to bring in my car again and check the codes. Instead of writing me off quickly by saying he didn’t know what my drive light was flashing but it had nothing to do with what was done on my car today. I take great care in my car and am disappointed that I left McGrath Honda of St.Charles with more problems that I came with. I’m looking forward to discussing this with a manager. Thank you.

Alex was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations! I was able to get a loaner last minute when I needed to add services, which was greatly appreciated as we all have busy lives. He also followed through on what he said and offfered to have us bring our van in before a long trip to make sure we will be safe as our van is getting older l. Although there was no answer found to the issue I am having, Mike understood the problem and did his best to find an answer. I appreciate the effoet he put in to try to find the cause.
