I was told my car would be detailed on the day they installed the DVD player and it wasn’t. The day we bought the car, the porters did a horrible job cleaning the car. It had dull spots all over the car. It was very late so we were told it would be detailed but it wasn’t. It still had the dull spots on the side and on the hood. On s positive note, there was s guy who helped me figure out the DVD player. He was very helpful.

Great customer service. I think my bumper is fixed. Super grateful they were able to just do parts because my hubby was recently unemployed and we are starting over. Huge relief they didn't say I needed a whole new bumper etc.

Knowing that there was going to be some minor internal engine work, I pointed out to people in the service department that I had decreased my engine and the surrounding components. I got it back, the car runs fine, but I found grease and oil spattered about the compartment. No problem, I’d be greased it, but I’m very unimpressed that I wasn’t listen to. That was however not Michael Castro that I spoke to about the engine compartment, it was other service technicians. So it could’ve been partially my fault, but it still shouldn’t have been splattered with Greece and oil! Michaelon the other hand was very attentive and helpful. He was good!

Hoping this problem is finally solved tire light went off last week znd I was at the st Charles Honda went home then today may 21st went to work tire light on again tire changed at my lunch hour when it was time to go. Home from work tire light on again back again to st Charles mcgrath they said fixed sure hope it is frustrated but service Dept at least answered all questions thanks

I have a 5 year warranty with my tires when I originally purchased my car. Yet every time I bring it to the dealership they do a temporary fix on my Tire. I ran over a nail and all I want is a new tire. My car is 3 year old and I don’t understand why this is so hard to fix. Shouldn’t the dealership have access to my original contact?
