My mom doesn't speak English she went only for Ricall and oil change and tire rotation only anything else if need to be done you guys supposed to contact me at ****-****-xxxx. Without contacting me you guys change air filter and cabin filter for extra $111. I am very disappointed with the service and the way you treat your customer

I mean if you request that we’re not done when I picked up the car. I wanted my maintenance book updated and it was not and I wanted a price quote for anti-freeze flushing that was not included, and two things I did not request in the were included. There were things and requested during my last visit that weren’t included. And I picked up the car . I see a trend here!

Everything was great, people were very polite. My only complaint that an oil change took over 2 hours. I had an appt. And try to manage my time.

I had an 11:15am appt and I was on time. On the phone the confirmed it would be 45min wait time and I assumed...okay, an hour or less. I was there for 2hours. I was not satisfied and I had to change around plans and pick ups for my children.

I bought a used 2006 Honda Cr-v which was detailed very well i also purchased a new radio for it but no one showed me how to program it or it’s feat!! the license plate bracket in front was not very secured and is flopping around and I would have thought I would receive a full tank of gas upon my new/used purchase!
