I have always been happy with the service at this Honda location. The last time I was there about a couple months ago, I didn’t get a chance to fill out a survey. I stopped in with out an appointment to have emergency brake work done. You guys were outstanding. I don’t remember the guy who helped me, but he was stellar. Thank you

I had an 0845 appt and I arrived a few minutes early. It took two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. If that happens again, it will be the last time I go to you for those services

Although Honda does good work, the cost for a tune up was way too high. I can’t afford to have my car worked on there.

I was satisfied with the tire rotation and oil change (which I assume was done and done correctly). When I saw my "beautiful clean car" up close, however, I was disappointed to see the car wash was done sloppily and several missed spots were visible right away - a small thing, becUse I know the car was us an "extra", but still... it was a little downer as I left thecGrayh Jobda parking lot.

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for the tire rotation to be completed on my car, plus I had an appointment. I wasn't informed that I'd be waiting that long when I dropped off the car. On the plus side, I was not charged for the service, which I appreciated.

Asked service writer to change oil ONLY. Not to check any other items (tires, brakes, battery, etc.). Also specifically asked NOT to wash the vehicle. When we took delivery of vehicle, service writer gave us a check list of items checked (which were all the items I told them NOT to do), the car was washed, and there was a used water bottle in the cup holder?? We understand MCGrath and most customers would appreciate this service, but when you are asked by the customer to NOT do something on the vehicle and still do it...not happy.
