The service writer was excellent, however they must’ve washed the car first before they did service on it or if you have a wash rack it needs to be updated cause the car wasn’t really clean and has an oily hand print on the drivers door I mean it’s a white car at least get all the dirt an oily hand prints off of it or don’t offer to wash it in the first place. I’m not mad just a little upset, if going to do a job do it right! People pay a lot for these automobiles that Honda sells and you want top dollar for the services on these vehicles and something as simple as a wash job that’s done half assessed doesn’t impress me much and now I wonder if I have to worry about a simple oil change. Just so you know I’m not some idiot that doesn’t know the difference, I’ve spent most of my life wrenching on cars and have worked for dealerships and remember what was expected of me. So just saying... Thank you for your time James B

Although I know it’s a minor detail, I was disappointed to see that my odyssey was not washed before I was give the keys. After being there for two hours, with two of my kids, and being ready to leave I decided just to go, but it was my understanding cars got washed every time they came in for maintenance. Oh well, I guess next time I will have to be sure to specify to wash it. Overall I was happy with today’s visit. Everyone I worked with was very nice and pleasant.

Had a 1:00 apptmnt and waiters half an hour (1:30) just to get checked in. Why pretend to have appointment times? Also, this is the second time I have brought the pilot in due to a check emissions warning light, and within an hour after the “repair”, the warning came on again (JUST LIKE THE LAST TIME I had the car in for the same issue!!). I’m starting to feel like I bought a lemon. Now I get to bring the car back a third time (1 year new car),schedule an appointment only to wait another half hour for check in, and hope that the third time is a charm. In the meantime, I’m not even sure if I maybe damaging the car further by driving it.

Contacted me 3 times to confirm my appointment. Did ask me the nature of my problem. My surgeon contacted me 2 times before my recent procedure. Had the vehicle there on time, waited 15 minutes to get in the door. 11:00 AM. Was contacted at 2 PM, 3 hours later stating the diagnosis was not started yet. Called at 5 PM stating there was no concrete info as to what the cost would be nor when the car could be ready. Forward to $1,000. later the car was ready to go 27 hours later. If you asked, and I told you that it was an A/C problem, presuming you have only 1 bay available for service, I would expect you to schedule your appointments accordingly. Definitely would no longer recommend McGrath as a 5 star dealer. Maximize your service profits, minimize your customers expectations after 3 contacts to confirm the appointment.
