Cj is great, but the techs were not able to pinpoint tbe problem and after a week in your shop, I still am experiencing the same problem.

Satisfied with Daniel . After 3 separate trips back to the service department he was the only one who took time to explain why the tire warning gauge was a problem. Though I’m happy with Daniel, l’m still suspicious when dealing with your other service reps.

When getting a battery change for example, Honda knows it takes while, therefore it should be an automatic question to the customer if they’d like a loaner or if they can drop the car off. Not being clear up front to the customer, and knowing the process will take time doesn’t make sense.

The customer service team does a great job but it just takes way too long to get service. I walk into every other Honda in area and it never takes more then hour. The waiting room is small and there are always customers complaint about long waits . My favorite in area is Valley. Sorry
