This was a scheduled first oil change...promised to be 45 minutes tops. Over 3 hours later...she finally got her car. Lots of excuses...all bull. Didn't bother to come tell her. she said she loves her CRV--but this would be reason alone to NEVER set foot in your dealership again. TOTALLY unacceptable!! Her time is worth more than this...and your dealership owes us something for this horrible experience!!

Michael Castro does a wonderful job. He is very nice when explaining things to the customer. He was very patient and pleasant when explaining to me the two possible reasons why I had no lights working on my dashboard. Been coming to McGrath for many years because of your service department. Always treated well. They listen, and explain things! A few mistakes here and there but always corrected no problem. Trust is the key! They seem to know what they're doing. Loaner car very helpful. One thing I might try to improve is time it takes to process final paperwork.

Since one lift was broken, there were delays in servicing. However, John was up-front and warned me at the very beginning, giving me an option to reschedule if I wanted. I chose to stay and wait extra time. I appreciated his transparency and advice. Very personable, and the car was finished sooner than I expected. Thank you!!! ***** (5 stars)

The tire rotation that was due was not performed...it was promised but not completed. To add insult to injury, I was told it was done and provided at no charge as a gesture for coming to the dealership for the first time for service on my 2017 Pilot. Shame on you, claiming it was done and "performed at no charge as a thank you for coming in".
