Give this man 5000 stars, points, or whatever you rating system is and a raise! I came in midday on a Monday about AC troubles so my expectation was Id probably be there a while. George echoed that truth but said he’d would see what he could do to get me in quicker. Not only did he do so but George was excellent. He was very friendly and has a great sense of humor. He explained the issue, solution and inspection details in a way that put great confidence in my car. While I hope I dont have to come back soon or frequently, George has made it simple that Ill be headed back to McGrath if I need to.

I usually am satisfied with the service. I did drop my car off for an appointment without an appointment but I know better than to wait. I was told it would be a couple of hours (it was 12ish when I dropped my car off). At 4:15, I called the asking when my car was done. The person I talked to had to look to see if it was done, which it was but it was too late for me to pick it up that evening. The service people are usually pretty prompt about calling in the past so I was a little taken aback with this visit. Otherwise everything was great.

It seems pointless to set an appointment to have an oil change when it will take 1.5 hrs. I stay with Honda because am satisfied with its service, but I am disappointed that oil changes are not completed within 30 minutes of an appointment time.

I enjoyed the personable talk i had with George before and afterthe servicing of our car. He also arranged transportation to and from a restaurant since our service was at noon. This type of customer service is what keeps patrons coming back.
