I was very pleased with John. My tire pressure kept going down even though I added air. My 96 year old Mom and I were in route to Bloomington. I pulled into the service dept without an appt and i was very stressed.I was immediately helped and me they would get me back on the road quickly. Within an hour mom and I were back on the road to continue our trip worry free. Please acknowledge that John went out of his way to help us. Thanks do much John.
Wow...once again very impressed with the service team at McGrath Honda on St Charles. They sped up the process on the work on my car cause I was called to be somewhere else last minute. They have customer service nailed. Give that manager a raise!
Would have been nice for scheduling to tell me I had to leave the truck for a scratch repair. I was led to believe I could wait for it. Could have brought it the night before instead of pushing back my work to bring it in the morning.
CJ is always courteous, efficient and I always get excellent service from him. He is prompt with returning phone calls. He is a great employee.
When we drop their car off at 9:30 for a 10 AM appointment we were told it shouldn’t be more than a couple of hours. When we called back at 1 PM they said they would talk to the technician to see how it was going. When I called back at 3 PM we found out that they hadn’t even started on it yet. Do not have a problem I understand when things get busy, but when somebody flat out lies I have a hard time going back to that business. The car was fixed properly there were no issues with the repair, but I would rather go somewhere where I am not lied to.
If you’re busy or things fall behind I absolutely understand that and would have no issues, just be honest and tell me that you haven’t started on the car yet and I would’ve been more than understanding.

Michael was great as usual. Mechanic that performed work was horrible. Left a cover on passenger floor...gouged my dash and did not properly install air bag cover plate...corner is lifted....I give that mechanic a grade of F! Thank you for the unacceptable work that you dragged a person with disability to your dealership...
Never again will I set foot in your facility. Pictures and review will be posted on social media. Still waiting for a call about repairs to my dash. Poor workmanship is a direct reflection of your service director Zac's standards...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Would had rather not get the complimentary wash seems like the cloth they dry it with is most likely dirty and seems to have scratched my truck you can see swirls I been very cautious and very selective whith what i dry my truck with looked better before it had gone in for maintenance will not be coming back they should of asked before washing it had a bad experience the first time with the wash now this time as well my 5 yr old could of done a better job.
Person who took the appointment said I could leave car overnight with keys in drop box. When I arrived (2 of us drove separate cars over) on July 4th, parking lot was blocked. While we figured a way to get the service in (at my inconvenience, of course), there wasn't even as much as an apology for the oversight by the person taking the appointment. Also asked about oil burn. After appointment over, was asked how much time to next oil change (even though it is on the record, the car has an indicator, and there is a sticker on the windshield) then informed that needed to start with fresh oil change. Why wasn't that information reviewed with a conversation at the beginning of the appointment vs. at the end. Perhaps it would have been more convenient for me to do an early oil change with 40% remaining vs. coming back again. Not very good service!
I was bounced between different people to get my tires replaced. I had recently had my tires replaced before having to get them replaced once more. To top it off I feel like the Lexus McGrath gives better service the the experience I had here. Once I paid for my service I realized no one even bothered to wash my car. I had to have been the only customer who didn’t get their car washed because everyone who got serviced at the Honda McGrath had their car washed. Maybe I’m not as valued as the other customers that were e there.
I understand the desire to diagnose a problem the first time, but we had a 7:15 am appointment, and had not received any notification until after 4 pm. If they had started to work on the vehicle at 7:15, then we would have appreciated an update sooner than 9 hrs, if only to understand the status. Your customers have plans as well, which is why we scheduled the appointment so early in the morning. Thanks for the service, but please keep us in the loop if you will have the vehicle the entire day.
