We've never been disappointed by the quality of service we have received at McGrath, which is why in the 8 years we have had our Crosstour it has never been serviced anywhere else.

We waited 75 for an oil change after having an appointment to get one. It was ridiculous. What is the point of the appointment if you then have to wait 75 minutes? The service was terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Told me most of my complaints for my vehicle were because I bought a bace model vehicle! Also second time I brought in my vehicle with leather wearing excessively issues and they told me that there was nothing they can do. My vehicle only has 10,000 miles on it and it is extremely well-kept! I don’t think the leather should wear that quickly unless it’s not real leather.

One thing was missed, closing the hood properly. Now I wonder what else was missed and/or if maintenance was done properly (like an owner would do)? Do you provide your staff ample time to do their job?

There was spray from the undercoating all over the paint on the lower part of the car. I should have been informed that this would be the case before the work was performed. They didn’t wash it off so I had to wipe it down when I got home. I was afraid it would end up sticking to the paint and damage it.

I have a probable manufacturing defect with the tail gate which is slightly off in a new ofyssey 2018, however as per the service department there is no way to adjust it. This was not a satisfactory answer for 2 reasons, first being a brand new odyssey I was not expecting this and also I am not sure if an attempt was made either for it.

Made an appointment for an oil change and a diff flush. How this is expected to take and hour and a half I am not sure. Why it took 2 1/2 hours makes ot difficult to justify returning to the dealership for future service.
