Was in and out in a timely manner. Service reps were friendly and provided an overview of the vehicle.

When I got my car back today the screen was black. The radio is working but the screen where it shows the time and speedometer is blank.

Apparently 2 of the guys who do oil changes called off sick today so the oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours...I realize there’s not much you can do about it so that’s all. Everything else great as usual!

Dan in service friendly and nice. However my car got stuck on the lift that broke for about 5+ hours. I was sent home with a loaner that interrupted my plans for the day. When I had to drive all the way back to McGrath later in the day I was only given 15% off my bill for the inconvenience. That's a crock McGrath management team, you're not going to have customers left if profit always wins over customer satisfaction.

Wires were hanging down on driver’s side. The radio no longer works!!!! ????

I was completely satisfied with your service technicians. Mike and John are the two technicians that I communicated with both via text and on the phone. They were both very informative, honest and completely upfront with me on what was happening with my vehicle. I also was very satisfied and found it very useful to have the text communication and being able to see the estimate of my vehicle presented to me electronically. I was completely unsatisfied with the results of the service. I took the vehicle and have the airbag changed and that was fine. I also asked to have the AC looked at because it was not functioning. After working on the vehicle for almost 2 full days and changing out several parts at my approval including the air conditioning condenser. I had agreed before they started the work to replace the condenser that I the price would be around $800. After the condenser replacement did not fix the problem they continue to troubleshoot and discovered that the compressor and a flush of the lines was required and it would be an additional $1400. I told them I did not want to spend that much on the vehicle and they completely understood that. However, I still had to pay $775 because they had already replaced the condenser. So, I cannot be satisfied with your service if I took the vehicle in asked to have something fixed and it was returned without that problem fixed and I had to pay $775. Would you?

John was excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. He thoroughly explained everything they found. A pleasant experience with John and with McGrath. I will be returning to have more work one when I can, and recommend McGrath as well.

Knowledgeable and efficient

2 hour wait time for an oil change is unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service. This is the third time I have waited 2+ hours for this type of service. I made an appointment early in the morning hoping to avoid the excessive time it takes your facility to change oil.

Appreciate the entire Service Group for their attention to details and a great maintenance job.
