Cody was very attentive. He has excellent customer service skills and very patient with someone that doesn’t know vehicles. He ensure that what I was asking for was what I needed and explained in detail how it worked. I thought the gas door didn’t lock and wanted to buy a cap with key. He went to the car to see how it operates and then explained it to me. Being that this is the Honda vehicle I purchased he took the time to explain when to get the car serviced. Since purchasing my vehicle from Hill Country, all service performed has been by their service department. I most definitely have had a good experience with each visit. Personnel are courteous and friendly and the waiting period for the service done on my car was not very long.
