I've asked for my car not to be washed because of a past experience at the dealership and today they washed it... I hate and love a black car but if you're going to wash a car... clean it like it was yours... have some pride on your delivery... deliver it like it was the first ti.e being delivered... thank you

The only suggestion is to give updates to customers more often. I had to call all the 80% of the time to find updates on my vehicle.
Service did take awhile but I understand that's due to covid-19. David was great kept me updated the whole time. Advised me of repairs recommended and gave estimates which is helpful for when I return. Great customer service.
