I asked 2 gentleman that were talking, where's your bathroom and one said, well my bathroom is past the living room, and the other stopped that dumb remark and told me where the bathroom was located. Very unprofessional of this young male. I said your bathroom as in you work here so hence the ownership of "your" came in to my question.

I had an appt set up with Rudy when I called him on Wednesday I was told he no longer worked there. The service rep I spoke to told.me I couldnt bring my car in till Friday. I couldnt take it in that day and he told me I needed to pay for the part so they could hold onto the part. Still haven't fixed my car, this was poor customer service.
Jonathan took care of my needs. He listened to my concerns and took time to explain all the services that would be rendered on my vehicle. He made it very easy for me to get a loaner vehicle while they worked on my own. He also kept me up to date on the progress. I was particularly impressed that he was able to express in great detail the function of the condesor vs the compression and the difference. This gave me a better picture of why the service rendered was needed. Jonathan closed out my visit there by going over what was done to my car and an estimate for other repairs I will need in the near future. I am happy with the fast and expedient service of this establishment.

Scheduled an oil change appointment for 10:15. I showed up around 9:50 and was promptly greeted and added tire rotation and rear differential services. After waiting an hour and half I sent message inquiring about my status. Never heard back. Around 2.5 hrs I went and questioned in person about my status. I was told it was still on rack and almost done. Finally around the 3 hr mark, my vehicle was ready . I had no idea it would take anywhere near 3 hrs. The whole time I was in waiting room, waiting and watching videos about how fast ur service dept was, I was never updated or told anything. Very annoying and unprofessional!
