He was very professional and spoke well. He was easy to talk and relate to and I appreciate how he did his best to help me as well as tell me when my next service/maintenance date would be. He answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was wasting his time or had a dumb question. A very good employee.

I am very displeased with the amount of time my truck was held because the service team was so behind. They waited 5 days before they offered a rental but ran out so I had to stop my dinner to go to enterprise before it closed.
